I’m a yoga teacher passionate about guiding others back to balance through movement, breath, meditation, and self-awareness.
I am trained in Kundalini Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin, and while I honor the beauty of many traditions, Kundalini Yoga is my specialty. It has been one of the most powerful tools in my own personal growth and healing journey.
Through yoga, I discovered that true wellness is not only about the physical body, but also about the mind, the nervous system, the breath, and the spirit. This deeper understanding transformed the way I live, practice, and teach.
My work is rooted in helping others feel more connected, more resilient, and more at home within themselves. Whether through dynamic movement, stillness, breath work, or meditation, my goal is to offer a practice that supports the whole person.
